How Much Can I Make?

There are many variables when it comes to compensation, but the table below shows our target hourly ranges for each role. In practice our team members are normally within +/- 10% of their target range. Stylists on Level 1-2 are often compensated on the higher of hourly or commission so compensation can vary based on productivity as they build their book. Stylist numbers below include estimated credit card tips but not estimated cash tips or Paid Time Off (PTO). Stylist figures assume 75%+ utilization. Whip Salon offers a flexible schedule. To calculate weekly, monthly, or annual estimated wage multiply the hourly figure by the number of hours worked in a week, month, or year.
