Amy is the Founder and Strategic Advisor of Whip Salon. After establishing the brand and cultivating its reputation for top-tier talent and hospitality, she transitioned the business to new ownership to step into a strategic advisory role. While she has never worked behind the chair, her perspective as a client shaped Whip Salon’s culture of education, teamwork, and positivity.
Today, Amy continues to support Whip Salon's growth and long-term vision. Driven by her passion for the industry and her desire to help other owners succeed, she also offers salon coaching and mentorship through her new endeavor, Your Salon Pal.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As the Director of Operations for Whip Salon, my mission is to be the 'force multiplier' for our entire organization. With a focus on operational excellence, I oversee the daily workflows that keep our salons running at peak performance. From optimizing our MyTime systems and managing complex scheduling to ensuring our facilities are as beautiful as the work we create, I am the primary resource for our team's success. I thrive on the logistics of the 'Whip experience,' providing the high-level support that allows our stylists to focus on what they do best: making our clients feel incredible.

As the Regional Operations Manager for our Southern locations, my mission is to ensure every Whip Salon delivers an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members. With a background in hospitality and a passion for the beauty industry, I focus on creating the systems, support, and consistency that help our salons operate at their best.
From supporting salon leaders and optimizing daily operations to upholding the standards that define the Whip brand, I work behind the scenes to help our teams thrive. My goal is to create an environment where our stylists can focus on what they do best—making clients look and feel incredible.

As Creative Director, Erin is the visionary behind the Whip Salon aesthetic. A cornerstone of our team since our doors opened in 2016, she brings over a decade of high-level experience to every facet of our brand. While she continues to be our most sought-after stylist behind the chair, her influence extends far beyond the salon floor—shaping our creative direction, mentoring our talent, and ensuring our technical vision remains at the forefront of the industry.

As the Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at Whip Salon, I’m the bridge between high-level strategy and the high-style content you see every day. I thrive on the dual energy of my role—providing the essential administrative support that keeps our leadership team moving, while creatively bringing the Whip brand to life through graphic design and social media. From behind-the-scenes logistics to the thoughtfully curated posts on your feed, I’m dedicated to ensuring that every touchpoint of the Whip experience feels as seamless and polished as a fresh blowout.

ASSOCIATE LEADER, CT
I began my journey at Whip Salon through our apprenticeship program, where I had the opportunity to grow my skills, build relationships with clients, and learn from an incredible team. Today, as an Associate Leader, I'm passionate about supporting the next generation of stylists while continuing to grow within the industry I love.
I enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every guest and helping our team deliver the high level of service and artistry that defines Whip Salon. My goal is to inspire confidence, foster growth, and contribute to an environment where both clients and team members can thrive.

After spending two years behind the chair at Whip Salon Ridgefield in Connecticut, I relocated to South Carolina and stepped into the role of Associate Leader. My passion for hair—especially color—continues to inspire me every day, and I love supporting both our guests and our team as we create exceptional salon experiences.
While I still specialize in beautiful, lived-in color that grows out seamlessly, I'm equally passionate about helping our salon thrive through leadership, education, and team development. Whether you're in my chair or visiting one of our Southern locations, my goal is to help every guest feel confident, cared for, and excited about their hair.
