Late Cancels and No-Shows Cancellation Fee Policy
At Whip Salon, we understand that emergencies happen. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations so that we can have the chance to fill your appointment time with your stylist. You must give 24 hours notice if you will be unable to make your appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.

  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

  • If you make an appointment and fail to show up or are unreachable we reserve the right to require a non-refundable pre-payment of 100% of your service cost for future appointments.

  • If you have 2 or more people in your party, we require 48 hours notice instead of 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees.

Lateness
Please be aware in the event that you are late for your appointment by 15 minutes or more, we can’t guarantee your service will be performed as scheduled. Late arrivals may require rescheduling for another day. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every guest scheduled that day.

Damage to Property and Goods
Whip Salon is not responsible for any damage to personal property. We provide robes and capes for each client to change into before starting their color services in order to protect any valuable clothing. Note that even with professional, permanent salon color, there is a small possibility of dye transfer from hair to other surfaces including skin, clothing, furniture or bedding. It is the client’s responsibility to protect their own personal property.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-dos
Whip Salon takes great pride in our reputation for delivering consistent high quality services, and we guarantee you’ll be happy with your hair at the end of your service. While we don’t offer refunds or credits, if you are dissatisfied with a service you’ve received for any reason, you may return to the salon with the original stylist to redo the service within 7 days of the original service. Re-dos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. In some cases you may be able to schedule the re-do with a different stylist. Color services & Blowouts
Please note that unless otherwise specified, color services generally do not include a blowout. If you wish you have a blowout with your service, please add it as a separate service at time of booking. Whip Salon does not allow clients to blow-dry their own hair in the salon.

Note that the single process service does not include a glaze. If you wish to have a glaze, please choose the glaze add-on when you book your service.

Payment

  • Payment must be provided at time of service.

  • All Whip Salon locations accept debit and credit cards as well as touchless payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Whip Salon does not accept checks - no exceptions.

  • Some locations may operate cashless. To ensure you can pay for your service please be sure to bring a debit or credit card.

  • At locations that accept cash, please note that $100 bills are not accepted.

  • All locations allow tipping either by card or cash.

Product Refunds
Whip Salon offers exchanges on unused/unopened products within 2 weeks of purchase. Products cannot be refunded but we are happy to exchange your product for another product of your choice. If there is a price difference higher or lower, we will refund the difference or you will be charged the difference.

Chargebacks
If you have a question about a Whip Salon credit card charge please contact the salon where you purchased the products and/or services. You can also call us at 1-855-WHIPSLN or email info@whipsalon.com. Because chargeback fraud is so harmful, our policy is to permanently ban from all Whip Salon locations any customer who abuses the credit card chargeback system to reverse a legitimate charge.

Email Opt-in
By giving us your email address, either via our online booking system, over the phone, or in person, you are opting in to transactional and marketing email communication from Whip Salon.

Transactional emails concern your appointments and include appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notifications, etc. To unsubscribe from transactional emails, contact info@whipsalon.com. If you unsubscribe from transactional emails you are highly encouraged to opt-in for transactional SMS. Otherwise, there is no automated way for us to keep you informed about the status of your appointments.

Marketing emails are low volume messages with news, beauty tips, special offers, promotions, and sales that we think you will find of interest. You can easily opt-out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message.

SMS Opt-in
By giving us your mobile phone number, either via our online booking system, over the phone, or in person, you are agreeing to receive transactional and marketing SMS communication from Whip Salon. Message and data rates may apply.

Transactional SMS concerns your appointments and includes appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notifications, etc. To unsubscribe from transactional SMS messages, simply reply STOP to any message. If you opt out of transactional SMS, you are highly encouraged to opt-in for transactional email. Otherwise, there is no automated way for us to keep you informed about the status of your appointments.

Marketing SMS are low volume messages (approx 1-2 per month) with news, beauty tips, special offers, promotions, and sales that we think you will find of interest. You can easily opt-out of marketing SMS by replying STOP to any message.
